LANA KNIT wants you to feel confident and pleased with your purchases on the website. That is why we have created the following exchange policies.
The customer may request a product exchange in the following cases:
Problems with the quality of the product:
In case the garment or product purchased presents any manufacturing fault such as:
- Ruptured seams
- Excessive pilling
The garment will be evaluated by our quality team to determine the cause of the failure and in case it is determined that it is a manufacturing error, LANA KNIT will replace the garment at its own expense.
Other problems: If the user made a mistake when choosing the characteristics of the garment such as color, size or other, then the customer can request an exchange by paying the shipping costs and any other costs if necessary.
The requirements for requesting an exchange are as follows:
- The exchange must be requested no later than 10 days after receipt of the order.
- The original sales receipt must be presented.
- The product must not show signs of use or damage by the customer.
- The product must be purchased through the website.
- The product must have the original tags.
The steps to request a change are as follows:
- Send an email to contacto@lanaknit.com with the subject “change request”. Finally you must add the following information in the description of the request.
- Full name and order number.
- A full photo of the product.
- A photo of the manufacturing error in case there is one.
- Write the reason for the exchange
- Indicate which garment you wish to exchange.
- Attach a photo or pdf file of the invoice or purchase receipt.
- Send a WhatsApp to …………………. With the following information:
- Full name and order number.
- A complete photo of the product.
- A photo of the manufacturing error in case there is one.
- Write the reason for exchange.
- Indicate which garment you wish to exchange
- Upload a photo or a pdf file of the invoice or purchase receipt.
Finally, our team will contact you during our business hours Monday to Friday, from 8:00 to 13:00 hrs. and from 14:00 to 16:00 hrs. in Peru, without considering holidays.
